Ceremony
The exact ceremony time is still being finalised. We’ll update this here as soon as it’s locked in.
Where do we go?
From the parking area, facing the house. Take the right-hand driveway and follow it all the way down the back to the gardens and ceremony setup.
Please don’t wander past the left-hand side of the house — that’s where the bride will be waiting, and we want to keep her grand entrance a surprise.
Move quickly… the champagne won’t wait!

Theme: Garden Soirée
Description: Funky formal.Think bright, bold colours, textures and statement pieces. This is essentially the Met Gala of weddings. If you’re looking at an outfit thinking “this might be a bit much”… that’s probably the one.
In basic terms: Formal but make it fun. NO BLACK.
More is more! If you’ve been waiting for an excuse to wear that outfit… this is it.
Additional Info:
The venue is mostly outdoors and on grass.
Shoe suggestions include wedges, block heels, kitten heels, or your very best ballet flats. Stilettos and very high heels are probably not the best choice for the terrain. -
Are kids invited?
While we adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
Our own tiny VIPs will make a brief appearance for the ceremony before heading home so the grown-ups can relax and enjoy the evening. Consider it a well-earned night off.
Can I bring additional guests / a plus one?
We would love to invite everyone we know, but unfortunately the venue has limits.
Please RSVP only for the guests listed on your invitation.

Will there be food and drinks?
Absolutely. Come hungry, thirsty, and ready to celebrate.
Is the bar open?
Yes. We didn’t come this far for a dry wedding.
What if I have dietary requirements?
Yes, no or flexitarian - We’ve got you. Just let us know in the RSVP form.

Will there be live music?
100% - There will be both a live band and a DJ (did you expect anything less?).
Our musicians will have the dance floor well under control, so they won’t be taking song requests - but we promise the playlist will be worth it.
Speeches
If you would like to make a speech, please let us know as early as possible so we can work it into the run sheet.
Will there be a dance floor?
Obviously.
Questionable dance moves are strongly encouraged. What happens on the dance floor is strictly between you and the DJ.
Curfew
Last drinks will be 11:00pm, music will wrap up at 11:30pm, and the venue asks that all guests depart by midnight.
Let’s make the most of the dance floor while we can.

Can I take photos?
YES, YES, YES! We’d love you to capture the day.
We will ask guests to keep phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be present in the moment.
Feel free to share photos of yourself on social media right away—but please wait to post any photos of the bride and groom until we’ve shared our own!
What happens if it rains?
Rain, hail or shine — the day will go ahead at Heaven Gardens as planned.
Bring an umbrella, wear sensible shoes, and embrace the moment. The show must go on! -
